Common problems with remote control:
1. Aim the remote control at the phone camera, turn on the camera mode, and then press any button on the remote control. If the emission tube of the remote control lights up after being pressed on the phone or computer, it indicates that the remote control is functioning properly; If the launch tube is not lit, there may be a malfunction in the remote control. (Please note that the light emitted by the remote control is an infrared signal that is not visible to the naked eye.)
2. Battery issues
If you find that the remote control button response is poor or the indicator light is not on, it is likely due to insufficient battery power. At this point, you only need to replace the battery to restore normal use of the remote control.
3. Button malfunction
Physical damage: Key jamming, rebound failure, can be cleaned with an alcohol swab or disassembled to repair conductive rubber.
Signal interference: If the infrared emission port is blocked or too far away, it is necessary to keep the remote control aligned with the receiver.
4. Abnormal circuit board
Moisture/water ingress: The circuit board needs to be disassembled and dried with cold air or cleaned with anhydrous alcohol.
Component damage: crystal oscillator, chip detachment or moisture, requiring professional repair.
5. Signal transmission issues
Frequency misalignment: The Bluetooth remote control needs to be re paired with the device.
Physical obstruction: The infrared emission port is obstructed by dust, film, etc., and needs to be cleaned or repositioned.
6. System settings are abnormal
Child lock function: Press and hold the lock button for 3 seconds to unlock.
System lag: Restart the device to restore functionality.
7. Maintenance suggestions
Regularly clean the buttons and battery compartment contacts to avoid storage in damp environments.
Remove the battery when not in use for a long time to prevent leakage and corrosion.
Please note that when operating, make sure the remote control is within an effective distance range (i.e. less than or equal to 8 meters) and aligned with the set-top box panel for operation.
